CONSULTATION FEE
We offer a free initial consultation so we can find out your
concerns, why you think you are having your problem and
what kind of complications you might have. This lets us
know if there are reasons why you may not be a candidate
for our care. If you are a candidate for our care, we will
inform you of the cost of exam work needed to properly
work up your case. We can do the exam immediately following
the consultation.
If you do not have an exam after your consultation, there
is absolutely no cost for your consultation and no obligation
to receive any kind of service.
EXAM FEE
We won't know what further testing you will need until you
arrive for your consultation. There is no obligation for
you to get any service just because you come for your consultation.
Once we have met with you, we will know what tests you
will need and will discuss the fee for that before you
incur any expense.
COST OF CARE
Price-fixing issues prevent us from posting our prices on
the internet. In our office, we have a published fee schedule
of our retail fees and our time-of-service discounted fees.
FORMS OF PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, check, cash and Care
Credit.
 INSURANCE BENEFITS
Our policy is to verify coverage and review it with you in-person
as there are many complexities-- your individual case,
policy and benefits and anticipated case fee will determine
how we handle your finances. We will ALWAYS review your
finances before you receive treatment or incur any expense.
We accept assignment on plans that pay reasonable and customary
rates.
AUTO ACCIDENTS
MEDPAY
Medpay is included on Colorado auto policies and may have
been in effect for the car you were injured in. We
are successful in dealing with insurance companies to get
payment on these claims and are happy to accept assignment
when using your Medpay benefits. Medpay covers all services
provided in our office.
LIENS
A lien is used when the insurer requires that the case be
completed before medical payments will be issued. During
the case, our office will hold our bills in abeyance, awaiting
payment. The patient is required to sign a lien allowing
the insurer to pay the doctor directly for services rendered
once the case is completed. Contact us to see if this is
an option for you.
WORKER'S COMPENSATION
If your employer has given you permission to go where you
want AND you have not already seen the company work comp
doctor, then we can accept assignment on your Work Comp
benefits. Contact us with the details of your situation
so we can help you get back to your normal duties quickly!
